Bacon and Grilled Corn Fettuccine

This tasted great! I love corn, I love bacon, I love pasta, really how can you go wrong? It is fresh and satisfying. It even tastes better for lunch the next day!

1 box fettuccine pasta
3 ears corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 red pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1/2 onion, sliced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
10 mushrooms, peeled and chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup TexMex cheese blend
2 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 Remove the husk from each ear of corn. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the corn in one layer of aluminum foil. Put into oven for 30 minutes....
