A Healthy and delicious addition to any meal. Easy to make and easy on the wallet!

4 cups broccoli, finely chopped1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt plain
1 1/4 cups jicama, chopped into small, bite sized pieces
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 small red onion, finely chopped
6 slices cooked extra lean turkey bacon, finely chopped
3 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt plain
1 1/4 cups jicama, chopped into small, bite sized pieces

1 tsp brown sugar
1 small red onion, finely chopped
6 slices cooked extra lean turkey bacon, finely chopped
3 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, mix together mayo, vinegar, garlic and sugar. Whisk until evenly mixed.
Toss in bacon, onion, broccoli, jicama, berries and pepper. Toss around in bowl for even coat of dressing.
