Bacon Cheddar 7-Up Biscuits: soft, tender, buttery biscuits filled with bacon and sharp cheddar cheese are sure to be the highlight of any meal.

6 slices bacon
4 C. buttermilk baking mix (such as Bisquick)
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 C. sour cream
1 (7 oz) can lemon-lime soda (I usually use 7-Up)
1 (heaping) C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 C. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
