Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits

Cheesy, spicy, chewy...these biscuits are everything you could want in a biscuit. Adjust the ingredients based on your own preferences to create the perfect accompaniment to any dinner dish.

1 1/2 cups Biscquick or other biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (I usually use cheddar, but a combination of cheddar and pepperjack is delicious, too)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced bacon
1/4 cup diced jalapenos, either fresh or canned (if using fresh, remove seeds)
1 tbs butter, melted
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
