Bacon-Cheeseburger Chowder

18

Hearty potato chowder with ground turkey, cheesiness and bacon. How could you go wrong with this??? Not only that but it's lightened up and easy to make! Boom - I just made your day...or dinner!

12
8 oz, Ground Turkey
1/2 tsp Garlic - Raw
1/4 cup Onion Raw Chopped
3 Tbsp all-purpose, enriched
2 cups Half & Half
3 Russet Potatoes (Medium) chopped into small chunks
4 cup Water
4 cubes Beef Bouillon
1 can Campbell's condense cheddar cheese soup
3 slices Everyday Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon
Mix the water and bouillon cubes. Brown and break up ground turkey, onion and garlic in a stew pot over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Add 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour and cook for an additional minute. Slowly stir in half-and-half. Add the potatoes, and previously mixed bouillon. Add can of cheese soup. Reduce heat and simmer covered 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. While simmering cook turkey bacon in the microwave according to package directions. Either add to the soup or sprinkle on top when done. You can also top with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese. I served this with pretzel rolls. Best dinner ever!
