Bacon Mashed Potatoes

This style of mashed potatoes is for the bacon lovers! Great fluffy mashed potato with bacon!!! Can not miss dinner when they are served.

5 large yellow potatoes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of margarine
1 tbsp salt
4 cups of water
4 strips of bacon
1.Bake the bacon slices in the oven at 400*F for 10-15 min or until golden brown. Allow them to cool and cut the slices of bacon into small pieces. Set aside. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4. Place in a pot filled with 4 cups of water or fill with water until potatoes are completely covered by water. Add 1 tbsp of salt. 3.Bring the potatoes to a boil, set on medium low heat and allow potatoes to cook through (appx. 15-20 min.) 4. Once cooked, drain the water from the pot and add margarine. Allow margarine to melt 5. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until there is no chunks. 6. Add heavy whipping cream and mix well. 7. Add the bacon on lightly mix into the potatoes. Serve the mashed potatoes right away.
