I am so in love with this quiche that I could seriously eat it every day and never tire of it! It really is that good! It's called a Quiche Supreme because it is loaded with bacon and vegies! This is one of those recipes that is perfect for brunch or dinner. Add some fruit to go along with it and I am one happy woman! -Robin

2 ( 9 inch deep dish frozen pie crusts )
1 red pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 (4.5 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 tsp. vinegar
dash of garlic powder
dash of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
