Bacon Wrapped Egg Cups

Bite-size breakfast to-go!

8 eggs
12 slices bacon, raw or partially pre-cooked
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup sweet bell pepper, chopped
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well, pour into standard size muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from muffin tin and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate uneaten portions....
