A moist genoise styl chocolate cake with a creamy Irish cream filling.

Cake
4 egg whites
2 egg yolks
¼ cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Filling
1 cup whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

Glaze
½ cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 15 x 10 x1 in jelly roll pan with non-stick spray. Line pan with parchment paper. Spray paper with non-stick spray. Set aside. Beat egg whites in a large bowl at high speed...
