These doughnuts have the perfect apple cider flavor and they are baked not fried.

1 cup apple cider
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1 teaspoon clove
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 large egg
2/3 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons canola oil
Topping
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1 teaspoon clove
1 teaspoon nutmeg

In a small saucepan add in the apple cider and cook over low heat, stirring often, until it has reduced to 1/3 cup.
