These Baked Biscuit Egg Cups are SUPER easy to make and you you can add whatever ingredients you want into the mix. That’s my kind of party!

1/2 lb cooked sausage
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1 can refrigerated biscuits (such as “Grands”}
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese {or your favorite}
1-2 diced green onions {scallions} – optional; Fresh herbs will work too.

1/4 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
