Baked Cilantro/Lime Chicken Taquitos

26

One of my favorite meals to serve my family is these Chicken Taquitos. They have become a regular at our dinner table. I'm a cilantro/lime fanatic-the combo is sheer genius in my book-so naturally I was drawn to them. With a creamy, flavorful chicken filling and a crunchy outside (with no frying involved), these roll-ups are a must-eat. Dip them in sour cream and salsa, guacamole, ranch, hot sauce or what have you, and they're the bee's knees.
