A very light custard pie that is great for the summer.

2 cupsmilk
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tspsalt
1. In a blender combine all. 2. Pour into a greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate. 3. Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes and then cool for 1 hour
