Baked Egg with Bacon and Cheese

Sunrise in a dish, perfect for breakfast.

1 egg
1 tablespoon bacon bits
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
1 tablespoon chopped onion
½ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a ramekin, put bacon bits at bottom. Move the bacon around to oil the inside of the ramekin. Add tomato and onion to the ramekin. Crack egg into the ramekin. Swirl to make the egg yolk sit in the center. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the egg. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
