Baked Gnocchi with Bacon, Tomato and Mozzarella

Yum... gnocchi . A new way of serving these little potato pillows that is comfort food at it's best!

2-3 cups gnocchi
9 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 clamshell grape tomatoes, quartered
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons 2% milk
large handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
