These baked maple donuts are topped with smoky bacon to make the best breakfast or brunch recipe!

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Maple Glaze
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
