Baked Oatmeal with Berries

The great thing about this recipe is that you can use any type of fruit in the oatmeal. This is going to be a great breakfast during the school year that I can make on Sundays and eat throughout the week.

2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. almonds chopped
1 t. baking powder
1 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. honey
2 T. brown sugar
2 c. low fat milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
2 t. vanilla extract
3 c. berries, fresh or frozen (I used blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
