A baked orange chocolate chip donut with a chocolate glaze

1 1/4 cups (150 grams) all-purpose, unbleached flour
3/4 cup (90 grams) whole wheat pastry flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup (55 grams) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (41 grams) sugar/stevia mix
1 cup Fage 2% fat Greek Yogurt, set out for 15 minutes
2 eggs, set out for 15 minutes
1/3 cup fresh orange juice, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Ganache:
1 tbsp. 2% milk
1/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
