Baked peanut butter donuts with a strawberry dipping sauce

Peanut Butter Donuts:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Strawberry Dipping Sauce:
One 15.5 oz container of frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
One tablespoon of cornstarc

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
