Baked Stuffed Peppers

Baked stuffed peppers are the homiest meal you can think of. It's got the meat, veggies, and a tasty sauce all in one. Impress your family with this one. (And as for the ease of making factor, I won't tell if you don't!)

2 tomatoes (large)
½ cup white rice
1 pound bell or alma paprika peppers (about 8-9 small to medium)
1 garlic clove
2 onions (medium)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or olive oil)
? pound ground beef
1 tablespoon paprika
½ teaspoon seasoning salt (regular salt works too)
½ teaspoon pepper
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon parsley
