1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
3/4 cup cinnamon chips
Topping:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, (softened, but not melted)
