For the Pork:
1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chicken or beef broth
For the Plum Glaze:
3/4 cup prepared Asian Plum Sauce
1 cup water
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 lb Brussels Sprouts ( stems removed and leaves pulled apart )
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper ( to season )
Miso-Ginger Sauce:
1 Large Shallot ( minced )
3 tbsp Ginger ( minced )
2 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup White Miso Paste
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
