Banana Blueberry Crunch

This is a yummy, light dessert that's quick to throw together! Enjoy!

8 x 8 dish
4 graham crackers
3 bananas
1 can blueberry pie filling (or make your own)
1 cup of crushed pecans

Homemade Blueberry pie filling
1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp corn starch
6 Tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice
Spray 8 x 8 dish with cooking spray Break up graham crackers and place in bottom of dish Cut each banana lengthwise and then cut in pieces and lay on top of graham crackers Pour blueberry pie filling over bananas Sprinkle pecans on top Bake at 350 for 15 minutes ENJOY! Homemade Blueberry pie filling: On medium heat cook blueberries and sugar, constantly stirring until blueberries are cooking down and sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). Then mix cornstarch and water together until smooth and add to blueberries, along with the lemon juice and continue to cook stirring constantly until it thickens ( for about another 5 minutes).
