Banana Bread with Orange Glaze

This banana bread is moist, flavorful, and will not last long in your house. The orange glaze adds a little zest to this traditional recipe.
Banana Bread
- 3 cups flour
-1 1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 1/2 tsp salt
-3 ripen bananas
-1 cup buttermilk (subsitute 1 cup milk with 1 TBS vinegar)
-2 1/2 cups sugar
-1 1/2 tsp vanilla
-1 1/2 tsp almond extract
-1 cup vegetable oil
-3 eggs
Orange Glaze
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/2 tsp almond extract
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-3 TBS melted butter
-1/4 cup of orange concentrate
- 3 cups flour

-1 cup buttermilk (subsitute 1 cup milk with 1 TBS vinegar)

-1/4 cup of orange concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set a side. Smash bananas in a medium size bowl and add buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, almond extract, oil, and eggs and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Grease three loaf pans and pour until half full. Place loaf pans in the middle of the oven and bake for 1 hour until golden brown. While bread is baking mix all the ingredients for orange glaze together. After bread has cooled, poke small holes on the top and pour glaze on top of the bread. Enjoy!
