Banana Choc Chip Muffins

Banana and choc chip muffins with dark chocolate. Warning they disappear fast!!

2 cups of self raising flour
1/2 cup of caster sugar
1 cup of dark choc
2 bananas
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup of milk

Sift 2 cups of self raising flour and 1/2 caster sugar into a mixing bowl.
Add a cups of dark chocolate chips or choc chips of choice.
Add 2 mashed bananas, 2 eggs and melted butter or margarine
Melt butter or margarine. This can be done in a microwave safe container for about 20-30 seconds or on stove top
Combine all ingredients using a spatula or wooden spoon.
spoon into a grease muffin tray this recipe should make about 12 muffins.
Place in a pre heat over 200°C or 180°C fan forced over for about 20 minutes
Allow muffins to cool then remove from trays.
This recipe can be modified to your liking. You can add veggies or saltanas to the mix instead of choc chips. The choice is yours.
