A healthy, portable & delicious breakfast!

1 1/2 C oats (regular or quick)
1 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C ground flaxseed
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C + 2 tbsp milk
2 medium bananas, mashed
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C pecans, chopped
