For the Cinnamon Filling

3/4 cup buttermilk
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
