Homemade pizza is easy, cheap, and fun, especially on the weekends! While you can never go wrong with traditional cheese and pepperoni, give BBQ chicken a chance and you wont be disappointed!

1 1/2 cups shredded chicken (Rotisserie Chicken or about 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded)
