Anybody heard of Basa fish?? I haven't, until now. Hubby had bought Basa fish fillets (frozen) for my convenience (no wasting time for cleaning). Like most fish, Basa is high protein and low fat. These 'good' fats contain Omega-3. Basa fish fillet - 1 - cut into small pieces
Pasta - 2 cups
Onion - 1 - chopped
Carrot - 1 - chopped
Tomato - 1 - chopped
Green chilly - 1 - chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmir red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - for garnish
