Basic Nutty Granola

Oh, I LOVE granola! But, we have a few food allergies in our family, so I found a recipe that I could modify easily and make my own. And yeah, it's good stuff.

3½ cups rolled oats
· 1 cup chopped or sliced almonds
· 1 cup chopped pecans
· 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
· 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
· ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
· 6 tablespoons butter
· ½ cup honey
· 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
· ½ teaspoon salt
