Basic Yellow Cake

Using beef tallow in this recipe makes for a super moist cake. There's no trace of beef smell or flavor, just pure tastiness!

2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup Sugar
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Beef Tallow (you can substitute with butter or shortening)
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
