A no-rise, no-yeast, less than 30 minutes pizza that is filled with fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious!

1 flatbread
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup red and orange bell pepper slices
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut up
Small basil leaves, optional
