2 pounds ground meat ( I used ground elk and ground pork for these, but your options are limited to your imagination. I've done turkey and beef, beef and pork, all beef...just about anything will work. I would just be careful with all turkey, they could turn out a tad dry.)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large yellow onion, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 cup BBQ sauce ( just use your favorite)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large yellow onion, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 cup BBQ sauce ( just use your favorite)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Put all ingredients except BBQ sauce into a bowl
3. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are combined. Roll into 16 2 inch balls and place on a cookie...
