BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders uses bottled sauce and other spices and is prepared in the crock pot (slow cooker). Served on dinner rolls and great for a crowd.
1 three pound pork shoulder
1/2 cup your favorite bottled barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons pulled pork seasoning or dry rub (from a package, I used KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce & Dry Rub)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 large onion, cut in half, then sliced
Cooking spray
18-24 dinner rolls (I used the Hawaiian style sweet rolls)
2-3 tablespoons butter, or as needed
1/2 cup your favorite bottled barbecue sauce
