Beans Sauteed Tofu

Beans are a diverse vegetable protein nutritional content. Beans are also a good antioxidant for the body . What if cooked into an interesting menu like this recipe ? In addition to good health would also comfortable on the tongue .

ingredients :
200 grams tofu , cut into pieces
Cooking oil to taste
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
250 g prawns , peeled , leaving tail
100 g green beans , cut into pieces
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon black peppercorns , crushed coarse
Salt and sugar to taste
How to make : 1 . Fried tofu until cooked , remove and drain . 2 . Heat 3 tablespoons of oil . Saute onion and garlic until fragrant .  3 . Enter the shrimp , cook until it changes color . Insert the oyster sauce , chili sauce , tomato sauce , water , pepper , salt , and sugar . Cook until boiling . 4 . Enter the tofu and beans , stir well and cook until the flavors to infuse . Remove and serve . Results : 4 servings
