1 red pepper, chopped
2 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups Taco cheese, shredded
¼ cup sour cream
