This was one of the first Crock-Pot recipes I ever made. I haven’t changed it much over the past 30 years either. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.

2 pounds stew meat trimmed
1/2 cup flour all purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
8 ounces baby carrots chop in half
3 large potatoes peeled, cubed
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
3-4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup corn frozen
1/2 cup flour all purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
8 ounces baby carrots chop in half
3 large potatoes peeled, cubed
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
3-4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup corn frozen
Place meat in crock pot.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over meat.
Place carrots, potatoes, onion and celery over meat.
