Beer Napa Cabbage Stew

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 sausage, cut into pieces.
¼ cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
4 cups chopped Napa cabbage
1 tablespoon honey mustard
½ cup beer
Heat olive oil in a pan, add sausage and sauté for 1 minute. Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper, sauté for 1 more minute. Add cabbage, honey mustard and beer, simmer for 5 minutes or until cabbage soft. Stir often.
