Beer Sausage with Mustard Slaw

Not able to go to Oktoberfest? Celebrate at home! Our beer sausage with mustard slaw is so good you'd think you're in Munich!

1 onion, roughly chopped
½ green cabbage, finely sliced
2 carrots, finely sliced
1 12 oz beer plus 1/3 cup
½ cup water
14 oz single link sausage
1 tsp Worcestershire
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
