Berry & Poppyseed Salad

A perfect salad recipe for a hot summer day! Baby Spinach, Berries, Feta, and homemade Poppyseed dressing. Doesn't get better than that!!

For Salad :
1 head romaine lettuce
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped pecans

For Dressing:
1/2 cup low fat mayo
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 TBL poppyseeds
Toss salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix all dressing ingredients. Whisk to combine. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
