These simple 2 ingredient dark chocolate truffles are rich, creamy and so tasty. Make them for Christmas, New Year’s Eve party or gift them!

For chocolate truffles:
200g (7oz) Dark Chocolate
200ml (6.8fl oz) Whipping Cream
For chocolate coating:
50g (1.8oz) Chocolate
100ml (3.4fl oz) Whipping Cream
Royal Icing or Melted White Chocolate for decorating (optional)
