Berrylicious German Pancakes are the best pancakes you can get! Buttery, oven baked pancakes topped with raspberries, lemon curd & melted chocolate! Whether you make them for breakfast, brunch or as a dessert they will always be a hit at your table!

For the pancakes:

150ml (5flo oz) Milk
75g (2.7oz) Plain Flour
50g (1.8oz) Unsalted Butter
3 Small Eggs (or 2 Medium Ones)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt

For the Toppings:

125g (4.4oz) Fresh Raspberries
2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2-4 Tablespoons Lemon Curd
100g Chocolate of your choice, melted
