For Dough:
• Soft Khoya (mawa) m- 1 1/2 Cup Or 250 G
• All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 4 Tbsp
• Semolina – 4 Tbsp
• Milk At Room Temperature – 5 Tbsp + More 3-4 Tbsp If Needed
• Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
For Sugar Syrup:
• Sugar – 1.5 Cup
• Water – 3 Cup
• Green Cardamom – 3-4
• Rose Water – 1 Tsp (Optional)
• Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
