This recipe is the best muffin base to which you can add whatever you like!! Add dried fruit, chocolate chips, blueberries...whatever suits your fancy!

1/2 cup of margarine softened
3/4 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of light sour cream
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups of flour
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients separately then add to wet mixture. Add one cup of your favorite flavor...dried fruit, chocolate chips, blueberries...etc., stir to combine. Bake at 350° for 20 - 30 minutes (oven temperatures will vary)
