Loaded with delicious pumpkin & topped with buttery crumbles, they are divine!
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin puree- not pie filling
¾ cups granulated sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp molasses
Crumble Topping
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
¾ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp oats
¼ cup butter- melted
Glaze
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
