(Better than Bisquick) Oatmeal Pancakes

I set out to find some healthy meal ideas for a one year old & ran across a recipe that was not only great for kids but healthy & all around good for adults too. I was born & raised on bisquick & I've always loved it! But I wanted to try these out & they were so delish. I know they are healthier too, with ingredients like whole wheat flour & oats.

Pancake Mix:
3.5 Cups rolled (quick) oats
3 Cups whole wheat flour
2 Cups all purpose flour
3 T sugar
3 T baking powder
1 T salt
1 Cup vegetable oil
For Making the Pancakes:
1 C of pancake mix
1 C milk
1 egg
