MAKE A SAUCE OF RED CHILLY STICKS GARLIC AND GINGER ADDING LEMON JUICE TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER PUT BUTTER AND FRY ONION WHEN HALF DONE ADD LITTLE CHILLY SAUCE IN IT NOW ADD TOMATO ADD SOME SALT IN TOMATO SO THAT THEY ARE SOFT IN BETWEEN INTERVAL KEEP ADDING CHILLY SAUCE NOW ADD ALL THE VEGETABLE AND MIX WELL ADD SALT FOR VEGGIES AND GARAM MASALA AND MIX WELL ADD LITTLE WATER IN IT AND PRESSURE COOK IT TILL TWO WHISTLE LEAVE IT ON A SLOW FLAME WHEN THE PRESSURE IS DONE OPEN THE LID OF COOKER AND MASH THE VEGETABLE PROPERLY NOW ADD BUTTER IN IT GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES ROAST THE PAV OR BREAD WITH BUTTER SERVE HOT

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
