Follow my recipe below to prepare a popular Korean dish, bibimbap! No need to go to the restaurant-all homemade:)

300 g Beef mince
300 g Bean sprout
100 g Watercress
2 Carrots
2.5 tsp Grated garlic
2 tbsp White sesame ( Grated )
5 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sake (white wine)
4 eggs
Dipping sauce:
2 tbsp Gochujang
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
