Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies

This past summer I kept seeing all sorts of recipes on Pinterest with Biscoff as an ingredient, I started pinning some of them because they sounded really delicious. Still wasn’t sure what the heck this stuff was, but I was interested that’s for sure. It comes in two forms cookie and spread. In a nutshell the spread is made from crunched up European Speculoos cookies, which are a somewhat of a mild gingersnappy butter cookie, this is my own definition, by the way. 1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup Biscoff spread (I used creamy)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together softened butter and Biscoff spread in a large bowl.
Add in both sugars and cream again.
Add eggs & vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
