Scones made with Biscoff Spread and min chocolate chips

2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp cold butter
1/3 cup Biscoff spread
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
